The Asociación Juvenil HackSea (hereinafter referred to as "HackSea" or "the association") is a non-profit organization dedicated to cybersecurity. Accessing this website implies the acceptance of Hacker Ethics: all shared information is strictly for educational, research, and defensive purposes.
2. User Responsibility
HackSea promotes learning and ethical hacking. Users are solely responsible for how they use any techniques, tools, or labs discussed. The use of knowledge acquired within the framework of the association for illegal activities or attacks without official authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Third-Party Services
For technical training and events, the association uses external platforms such as Meetup or HackTheBox. Users agree to also comply with the specific terms and conditions of these platforms when participating in our coordinated activities.
4. Intellectual Property
The name, logo, and original content of this website are the property of HackSea. The use of information for personal and educational purposes is permitted, provided the source is cited and it is not used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

The entity shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the technical information presented here. As the entity currently holds a provisional Tax ID (NIF), the user acknowledges that the association is in its initial phase of legal operations.
